Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We’ll provide a tracking number after the item(s) ships so customer can track it via online or by phone. The freight company will contact the receiver in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. All Deliveries are Curbside-delivery; the freight company will bring it onto your driveway (provided it is accessible for the truck), but not to your backyard or anywhere else inside the house.
Return Requirements:
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in perfect condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and secured with all original protective materials (shipping pallet, shrink wrap, foam, etc.).
- Items must be placed inside the original shipping carton to prevent damage in transit.
- Once the return is initiated, the product must arrive at our warehouse within the 90-day window.
Cost of Return:
- No return or restocking fees if the item is returned within 30 days and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items returned damaged or improperly repackaged may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This can be avoided by carefully using the original packaging materials for your return.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you used a credit card, the refund will go back to that same card.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund once the return is received.
- Additional 5–10 business days may be required for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your account.
